Product returns and refunds
What if my product is broken or damaged
If there is any fault with your item please notify us within 24hrs of receiving the goods so we can investigate this.
if you’re not completely happy with your purchase you can simply send your item/items back to us. Items that you wish to return must reach us no later than 14 working daysfrom the date you receive them. We will not accept returns after this time has passed.
Please note before making a purchase that any item returned will take up to 21 working days to be refunded back to you.
Member payments to Power Cheer
Training fee cancelation
Training fees must be cancelled within 12 days of the next calander month. This must be sent in writing via email or through the contact section of the website.
Training fee refund
If cancelation notice has not been met, no refunds will be given.
If you have given 12 days notice to cancel, you will not be charged for the month ahead.
Competition fee Refunds
Once payment for a competition has been sent to Power Cheer it will be sent to the competition provider. Once paid to the provider, all refunds will have to be go through the provider and Power Cheer will not be able to offer any refunds.
Failure to make payment
If payments are in arrears the member will not be able to train until payments are up to date.
